Terms and Conditions

General: Before dispatching any goods, we will endeavour to check every item for both its quality and for any manufacturing defects.

Payments: Acceptance of payment for goods is not confirmation of an order. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 15 % and exclusive of postage and packaging.

Refunds: General We will provide a full refund on goods purchased, provided that

(i) they are returned to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of delivery and (ii) we are notified by telephone, in writing or by email and we acknowledge this notification. We will not pay for postage and packaging in returning any goods to us. We will not refund the original charge for postage and packaging.

Faulty Goods: If for any reason there is a fault with any of the goods purchased, please contact us upon receipt of delivery to confirm this With the customers agreement, upon receipt of the faulty item(s) we will dispatch the same item(s) again Alternatively, we will offer a full refund provided that (i) all of the affected goods, including any parts that have been detached from the main item, are returned to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery and (ii) we are notified by telephone, in writing or by email and we acknowledge this notification. We will not pay for postage and packaging in returning any goods to us.

Postage & Packaging: Delivery charges for postage and packaging are outlined on our delivery page. If, for any reason as described in Refunds above, goods have to be returned to us, it will be at the customers own cost. We will cover the cost of re-sending replacement items.

Delivery: Please allow 7 days delivery for items in stock. For items not in stock, delivery may take longer. We will not be held liable for late delivery under any circumstances.

As all items are handcrafted our sizes are approximate. By the very nature of the craft all products are similar to the item photographed but as all items are individually made they cannot be replicated and therefore will be similar in design as described but unique. All items are copyright protected and each lampwork product is accompanied with our guarantee of authenticity certificate signed by the artist.
